- 4 minutes — what's been growing fastest, where you suspect waste
- 4 minutes — how the audit works, the guarantee, what gets delivered
- 5 minutes — questions, fit, next step (if any)
No deck. No follow-up email "to circle back." Either it's a fit and we pick a start date, or it's not and you owe me nothing.
